Then we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you — the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee!
The Committee, beginning in 2022, will be comprised of at least 12 members from all areas of Trivium. Members will meet regularly to develop programs, events and training to promote and embed DE&I in our culture throughout the organization. The Committee is sponsored through Human Resources and fully supported by CEO Brent Dillinger and our board of directors.
What to Expect
The Committee will meet for at least one hour each month to discuss DE&I at Trivium. Depending on your location, meetings may be attended in person or remotely through video. You’ll be asked to actively participate not only in regular Committee meetings but also in events, activities and trainings that the Committee may sponsor. You’ll serve as an advocate to peers in your market and line of business, supporting the efforts of the DE&I Committee on a local level.
What You Get in Return
You’ll have the opportunity to interact with leaders and staff from across the organization. You’ll share your ideas and opinions and be open to the ideas of others. Your time spent on Committee activities will be considered work time and be compensated at your regular rate of pay. You’ll have the support of your leader and senior leadership to actively participate.

A selection committee comprised of Chris Blake, Jamie Gross, Alfredo Hernandez, and Brad Schroeder will review applications and choose those to serve on the Committee.
Applications are due for consideration by January 15, 2022. Those candidates not selected are encouraged to act as DE&I advocates and supporters and may reapply as openings permit.
