As Trivium continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team!
When you join the Trivium team, you will make a difference by creating hope, empowering lives, and inspiring communities.
Inclusive Treatment
Trivium Life Services will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, pregnancy, military status, use of family and medical leave, national origin, genetic information or disability in the hiring, retention, or promotion of employees, nor in the determining of their rank or the compensation or fringe benefits paid them.
DE&I Commitment
At Trivium Life Services, we recognize the strength in diversity. We are committed to empowering those from diverse backgrounds and amplifying their voices within our organization and local communities.
Our mission at Trivium is simple: Create Hope. Empower Lives. Inspire Communities. Our dedication to diversity and equity bolsters our mission and cultivates a culture of inclusivity, helping us to reach and serve more individuals. By bringing forth the best parts of our employees’ and clients’ individual lived experiences, understandings, and strengths, we are better able to fulfil our mission through our life-changing services.
Trivium's Idaho Locations are National Health Service Corps sites
As NHSC Sites, qualified Trivium employees in these locations are eligible to apply for the NHSC’s Loan Repayment Programs to free them from school debt. Through the program, they may seek up to $75,000 in loan repayment funding. This is a welcome support for our employees and we are proud to help them as they continue providing quality care for our clients.
Trivium is a Strengths Based Organization
At Trivium, we believe our employees are the heart of our organization. We strive to ensure they are happy at work and may enhance their quality of life.
We partner with Gallup to conduct annual employee engagement surveys to continually make Trivium a better place to work.
We also utilize CliftonStrengths® for employee development. Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® focuses on cultivating an individual’s natural strengths rather than “fixing” shortcomings. Through a Strengths Assessment, individuals learn their Top 5 Strengths — the innate talents they must hone and develop to reach their full potential.
Through coaching, our employees better understand their individual Strengths and can utilize them both in their role at Trivium and in their personal life. Our managers learn to identify their team members’ Strengths and are committed to helping their staff achieve their personal and developmental goals.
Join our team to start utilizing your Strengths today!
