Trivium currently offers Sudstance Use Disorder Assessment Services at our Boise and Caldwell, Idaho, locations, as well as our Lebanon, New Hampshire, location.
For clients not required to take a GAIN assessment, Trivium developed our own Substance Use Disorder Assessment that has proven effective in capturing a clear picture of current and past substance use. Through the assessment, our counselors are able to determine the appropriate level of care. A Substance Use Assessment takes approximately 2 hours to complete and is done on-site in Trivium’s offices.
